Im only into my first week of maintenance, and i **** up really bad over the weekend with popcorn and lots of peanut m & m's! Im so mad at myself! I did so good throughout the 6 weeks of phase 2. My plan is to have a steak day tomorrow. Should i maybe have 2 steak days, since i royally messed up for 2 days in a row? Or maybe a steak day and then an apple day following? Or an egg day??Have i already messed up to the point of no fixing it, since i had so much sugar? Im afraid to even weigh myself. Im sure ive gained at least 5 pounds! Im so prone to gaining weight. Please help! What should i do?
