Good Question!😊

Here are the averages:

On a 15 day round you will lose an average of 10-15 pounds.

On a 30 day round you will lose an average of 20-30 pounds.

These results ARE typical.😊

I just completed day 30 and I lost 24 pounds. Im just staying on another day or two just because I want to take off an even 25 pounds.😉 I know... But thats just me. But it just goes to show that there are no problems with hunger or anything like that.

But I do miss cheese! LOL🙃

From the results I have seen, men tend to lose a little more than women. But Misty's numbers are the same average we see.

There are only two type of rounds: 23 or 43 if you are truly doing the HCG diet. Nothing more nothing less.

I suggest reading:

then read it again.

You are correct HCG Julia, when speaking of HCG injectons. When using HCG Drops there is a lot more flexibility. HOWEVER, the 15 day round is only referring to a quick fix. It is not reccommended for someone that truly wants to lose weight and maintain.

Hope this helps!

if you stick to the protocol - it works. I was a skeptic myself, until I tried and succeeded. But I was hungry all the time. Was adjusting drops etc. - and it didn't work. Keep in mind that you body may react different way than others - but overall you will lose a lot.

Don't be fooled by the naturopathic drops. They made me feel like I had the flu and I was starving. GET A RX FROM A PHYSCIAN, HOPELULLY A NATUROPATIC ONE. The natural products are from a plant base and are very inexpensive which is why people buy them online or in health food stores. The REAL HCG is a hormone extracted from a pregnant woman. IT requires a perscription and comes from a pharmacy. I know a gal who used the natural stuff and it worked for her but she was always hungry. The real HCG suppresses your hunger and causes you to burn fat NOT muscle. I swore I would NEVER inject myself but it is actually completely painless and easy. You just pinch your belly and inject an extremely small needle. You feel nothing and I am a big baby about pain and discomfort.

You should not feel hungry if you're using REAL hcg. The real hormone CANNOT be purchased at walmart, amazon, health store, etc. It is controlled and requires a perscription. I will say that you CAN get a prescription online and do an over the phone consult witha doctor to get your prescription. I recommend doing the injections, you can get legit hormone containing drops (also requires prescription) but the way this program was developed to be was with injections once daily of hcg. And no, prescription hcg doesnt "come from a pregnant woman". Its made synthetically in a lab. Hcg is naturally occuring in the body and is produced in excess in pregnant women but your prescription is NOT hcg from another person. Lol. Also, doing drops without the real hormone will cause you to not only lose muscle, but you will feel STARVING. You will also not be resetting your metabolism and will almost surely gain all the weight back. This protocol only works PROPERLY with the real hormone. Research the book "pounds and inches" by Dr. Simeons. He developed this protocol in the 50's

I did the drops from amazon.and I inly gained 3 lbs but i did real clean eating and lots if working out after I inly lasted 3 weeks though it waa hard . I was really hungry by the 3rd week. Now its 6 weeks later and Im trying it again giving myself till Thanksgiving and hopefully diwn 25-30 lbs.The key is to stay almost carb free or only 1 carb a day after this diet. the next phase will be after New years..and will try the whole 43 days the last final round.

I am on the Metabolic sublingual HCG and am allowed 750 calories per day. I am still hungry but I feel like it is safer than only 500 calories. I eat an egg white, fruit, protein supplement shake for breakfast. Tuna or 4 ounces of protein and 4 oz. Of veggies for lunch, and 4-oz of protein and 4-oz of veggies for supper with at least 100 ml. Of water throughout.

I'm on day 5 of phase 2 with sublingual drops. I'm already down 6 pounds and one inch on my stomach. It works. BUT DO NOT CHEAT! It can cause a stall or weight gain. Tough it out for your 23 or 43 day cycle. You can do it! Drink lots of water, 750ml or more a day. I drink 7 bottles of water a day and it helps with hunger pains.
