Why are you even here? All they do is make fun of people on this diet. I believe they should go to some other site and moderate. Like some athletic mountain climbing site. What do these athletes have to do with something that they know nothing about? Just go.

We are a few moderators here and each of us has different views about diets in general. I know very little about HCG and I will never be on an HCG diet. I believe that we need to build ourselves a healthy lifestyle which includes healthy food and exercise. But I think there's many opinions about the right way to lose weight and I would like this forum to be a home for all.
