My boyfriend says he loves the way I look but I am a little ashamed. I am one of those "thick" girls. 5'7" and weight 190...I am not fat by looking at me but the scale says otherwise. I promised myself that I would get down to 170 before my boyfriend and I go on vacation. That is a month and half away now. We leave August 24th and I want to make sure my tummy looks great in a bikini...I need some suggestions! I don't have a whole lot of money so I can't buy a lot of the more expensive foods and be able to keep it up. Vegetables and fruits are so costly today. It is much cheaper to buy fatty foods....

To lose 20 pounds in a month and a half is an extreme diet. I'd suggest you'd start by reducing the fatty food and the processed food you're eating. Drink a lot of water and exercise as much as you can. I believe you wouldn't lose as much as 20 pounds but it is much healthier this way and with the exercise you'd be firmer and this feels much better, and looks much better even when you don't lose a pound.
