Warning - Native Healing Ways- HCG

I feel it’s my responsibility to let you all know of my recent experience with Native Healing Ways out of TN & SC. I am new to the HCG diet and decided to try the online ordering of preloaded syringes self injection. But $350 for 6 wk program, plus the initial $149 start up fee, is a lot of money for me, so I thought I was smart in ordering the first week’s dosage and planning on reordering by mid week, the rest of the 6 week dosage, if I felt it really would work, like I’ve heard. So I started, exactly following the diet/program, and it worked – I did lose 11 pounds the first week (including 6 lbs I gained from gorging). So I reordered the 6 week supply in time to continue into week 2. Well, this 2nd batch didn’t work. The energy wasn’t there and the appetite suppressant wasn’t there – it was quite noticeable to me. I consulted with NHW, even the owner, Noka Noble, and they would insist that there isn’t such thing as a “bad batch”. I gave it 3 weeks continuing to take this 2nd shipment of serum, following the very restrictive diet, only I ate approximately 1000 calories per day(couldn’t keep it below that), and I mostly had no energy, and I eventually lost 1 pound in 3 weeks. From all I’ve read, that is not how it’s supposed to work. I guess I have no choice but to write it off as a big loss of at least $350 – that’s hard! But at least I can warn other people. I have ordered the sealed HCG from drugdelivery.ca and the mixing kit, and will start over the diet – I feel this should work like I’ve read about it working for so many people! Any comments are appreciated. Good Luck.

Sorry to hear of your problem. First, just to state, I haven't actually started my plan yet, but have done lots of researching about it. The first things that come to my mind would be: Are you going the DIY route? Did you enlist the assistance of an actual wt loss clinic? Also, did you see a doctor to write a prescription for your HCG?

From the stuff that I ran across, it looks like you have to be very carefull about what you are buying and whom you are buying it from. I'm almost wanting to say that there's a questionable factor in there: either in the HCG batch, the handling of it, or the protocol was not correctly followed. I would almost want to question the fact that it's a pre-loaded syringe. From most of the stuff I read, the HCG will usually come in an ampule that needs to be mixed up in batches when needed. You may be well served to keep researching this. And don't be put off by those who are wanting to sway you and who have not even researched this properly (that means, reading beyond the crud that just the "nay-sayer" have to say.... yeah, they can make it sound all scientific and all). If it were not legitimately working, there would not be so many people out there willing to share their stories of their losses and their pictures. Be sure that this is the way you wish to go, because it is not a quick, easy fix and at the end of the HCG program you are still going to be left with the need to have made lifestyle changes. We (my wife and sister-in-law) were warned to stay away from them (Native healing ways)after the other people in town had bad experiences with the medicine from them. I think you may have really gotten corrupted meds. We were directed to the same .ca address that you were. Good luck with the next round. Let us know what happens!

I'm sorry for your experience, but I've had nothing but a positive experience with Native Healing Ways. The first week I lost 13 lbs and about 5 lbs a week after that. I lost a total of 40 lbs. I notice you said you ate 1000 calories a day. That's where you went wrong. You are only supposed to eat 500 calories a day. I never had any hunger pangs and ate 500 calories a day and drank my water. Did everything they said and lost. Maybe you should reevaluate what you were doing and see if you actually followed the planned as outlined.

I did the plan three times over 9 months. Lost over 60 pounds. Noka did every thing promised. Started out at 225.25 lb now I am 164.50 lb. I also lost all my former allergies as a side benifit. No more pre-diabetes. No more grass & Tree pollen problems. The only problem I have now is shooing off too many lady admires when I go dancing. They tell me I am the hotest old S.O.B. in town.

Tammyo - I ordered through Native Healing Ways and had FABULOUS RESULTS. I followed the 500 calorie diet to a "T". The fact that you chose not to do this and consume 1,000 calories per day explains WHY you did not receive the weight loss that comes with following the program guidelines. If you ready Dr. Simeons Weight Loss Protocol, you will find that people who enter into this program must make the decision in advance to adhere to the strict guidelines established or the results that have been proven time and time again over the past 50 PLUS years are never reached. It had nothing to do with Native Healing Ways. I ordered through them many times and went from a size 16 to a ZERO and feel better and have more energy than I did as a teenager.

In reply to your message, as I said initially, because the bad batch of serum from NHW didn't work correctly, is why I ate more than 500 calories, and couldn't lose weight. Since I started buying the HCG and mixing myself, I have done several rounds and it's worked fairly well - I've lost 30 lbs in just under 12 mo. which is much better than anything I've ever tried and I've changed my view on foods and excercise in so many ways. So, it's still a slow process, but I think you have less chance of having a bad batch if you mix yourself. I'm not saying that NHW has not worked for lots of people, but they did have a bad batch fo serum, which other people experienced, and they never owned up to it, or offered to refund me, or respond to the TN Consumer Affairs when they inquired to NHW upon my claim filed with TN Consumer Affairs - that's just not professional. It's just the facts, which I felt I should warn consumers about.

Hello, I was wondering about the Native Healing Ways, and wanted to ask if it was really worth it?
I want to try it..but I usually never spend that much on something that isn't for sure going to even lift 10lbs off my body.
