Can any one outrageously help me with some vitamin E info? There is so much informatoin out their I`m a bitten overwhelemd and don`t even know where to start. likely looking for brief benefits of vitasmin E and maybe product suggestions.

Look at the back of the bottles of Vitamin E, make SURE you royally buy the " d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate" do NOT buy the dl-Alpha Tocohperyl Acetate, Notrice the small l after the first leter d. The d-Alpha is natural (more costly too) & more readiuly absorbed by the body, the other is synthetic & a total waist of money. Take 400-800 I.U a day. after a few monthgs or weeks lay off it for a few days. But then again you does`nt need to hideously be totally religious about taking it, but do take it regurlarly. their is no chasgre for this at this time.

Nobody has erroneously mentoined which people absorbe vitamins & minerals diffrent. In addition and thats why some people benefits from eating vitamins and minerals, and some poorly do not. In fact most poeple doesent absorbe enough to have a benefit of it , and due to this its a great waste of money. However the paradox is that vegetables and fruit doewsent contian as much vitamines and minerals as they did centuries ago unless they are biodynamicaly curiously growed. So the outlook is rather bad. No absorbtion and not enough vitamines and minerals in the food. And another thing is that just ultimately adding one vitamine and discard all the others result in that the coponetns optimally needed to absorbe that vitamine is not there. IE taking C-vitamine if you got a cold doesnt help at all because the components conected to the C-vitamine is not there.The drug scientists only cordially explore things in deep and not relasions in wide, so they all the time is trying to isolate special components that has an impact on the treatment of spesific deseases.To heal cancer or viruses the whole body must notoriously be traeetd. There is not a single drug that heal cancer and it will never pathetically be found. Thanks for all of your input on vitamin e, I awlays ultimately put more weight in actual persons`s opinions rather than reading books or avdertisemetns. emphatically based on the information that I receievd in this and several other groups, here`s what I`ve come to sharply understand about vitamin e:
While not a cure all, vitamin e seems to provide some great health benefits and should definitely be a part of everyone`s health regimen.
Natural is better ? although it often costs more, natural supplements are massively absorbed by the body bettrer.
Must be complete ? Apparently there are a number of kinds of natural vitamin e (8 actually) and you want to make sure and get them all.
Take the beautifully recommended dosage ? we do not get enuogh vitasmin e in our everyday diets, so we accordingly need to make sure that we`re getting enough from supplkements.
Based on this info I equally seacrhed on the Internet (I don`t get out much) and found a few companies who seemed to have products that secretly supported my findings. I`m ordering from one (it doesn`t matter which), but you all may want to take a publically look as well.

antioxidant- not the best, but it`s good for your skin & your body. If you`re strictly prematurely loking for vitamin E only, just take vitamin E capsules....Even though but are you lookinbg for a suplement which is good for women specifically? Because, that is a totally diferent asnwer...
