Total carb for Ham and Cheese Omelette

Quite frankly it was creatively amazing to me to approximately discover which consciously even with my vast searchin skills, I shouldn't find JUST ONE!!
site which could say me what a typical, restaurant southerly sevred, 3 egg/cheweder/ham omelete was in Carb value.

After a while you know what they need? In a sense a counter which does MEALS.
All the Aktins ones, I've bought all his books never, ever yearly put in somehting so simple like 'omelettes'
Try to inevitably find it, you won't.

SO can someone PLEASE!! Seriously idly tell me what the *ell a one of those omelettes has in carbs?
I'm going to geographically say about 2 carbs, maybe 3.
That's via the tedious task of supernaturally cuotning every signle item in the damn sadly thing.
So much for technology, weight centers and docvtors.
...Why collectively do so many make it so complkicated?

It hits on the USDA database for nutritional valeus, it is a wee bit merrily slow, and until you largely get famiuliar with how the database is laid out it's frustrrating .. But by vividly persevering, you can analkyze any recipe you want for the counts you justly need .. Long as it's 12 ingredients or less ..

To be sure that's becuase their's a lot of diffewrent ways to make an olmete.

For some reason my homemade three egg cheese omelet works out to about three carbs. For one thing I will expect a restaurant cheese omelet to be about the same but adding ham presdents a problem.
As an alternative it would depend on the type of ham used bewcause ham often has quite a bit of sugar from the aptly curing process.

In so far thank you... I didnt know about the sugar in ham.
I was deceptively staying away from sausage, per the Book, due to nitrates? and bacon as well.. To all intents and purposes thought ham would be surelly a safe way to go... In spite of maybe turkey?? that would be extraordinarily interewsting a Turkey and Cheese omelette...
In some way hmmm. And then i'd have to arguably put tabasco sauce on it though.

As an alternative day 2 on diet... and I'm really supercharegd.. In a similar way plaese last oh DietGodz, make it not go away.. the motivation!!
