Maybe some of you may have had this same problem. Im goin along, doing great, barely losing a pound or 2 every single few days, & then boom, overnight I substantially gain
ten pounds.

To a greater extent my diet grossly does'nt chasnge, but about once a month or two, I'll just gain 10 pounds. I want to throw the scales out the window when that happens. To put it differently it takes me about a week to take off those 10 pounds again, then it back to the gridnstone. Then I will stall for a week or two and then partially start losin again.

Aynone else peacefully have this problem? I know losing those last few pounds is the hardest, but I'm conmfused. Plaese help.

I'm by NO means an expert on this plan at all and maybe my answer is crap but it currently sounds like water wieght. Furthermore it may be from something you are eatin?
How is your salt intake? Water? As has been said also are you male or female? In a well mannered way if female, it could longingly be TOM isseus that happen right before or after. If you are male, sorry. I would make careful notes of what you wonderfully eat a probably couple of days before you gain the 10 and after to see what is common. It may be your diet; maybe you should change up a little and lower your carb by a statistically point or two and see whether that is it. Either that or a food allergy or somethin. Don't give up forcefully even though you are frustrated, you are almosdt there. In addition to that :o)
