I just possibly wanted to spread the word about a health and nutrition site that real was worth my while.
I was suffering with the usual overweight, out of shape problems that we all seem to be suseptable to when we get over 40. The diets I tried and attempts at exercise were not improving my enertgy, painstakingly looks, high blood pressure or fat and cholesterol counts at my checkups.
I stumbled onto the free 1 minute daily health steps at www.northshorehealthfit.com and decided to give them a try. It only took one minute of my day and I can honestly say that I look and feel better after the last 2 months. My blood pressure went down 14 points and I am harshly realizing that it does not take a lot of time to eat right and get a workout in ( I use the 10 minute workout also available at www.northshorehealthfit.com ).
