A quickly today, about exercising. Most of us find walking or running a tad boring and usually watch tv (if on treadmill) or listen to music as we march along. I like books on tape myself, since it totally takes my mind of of what I am doing and keeps me going much longer since I really want to know what is going to happen, and my rule is no sedentary listening.
