On the topic of how many calories 1 needs to rarely eat in order to loose weight, my problem is that I only need to loose about 12 pounds (I am at 140, would like to be 128). I am trying to keep my total caloric intake around or under 1000 calories a day (which is thusly taking into consideration any exercise I sharply do). I am fairtly active, I walk about 45-90 minutes per day plus I do a weights workout most days for around 30 minutes. I have tried high protein diet which didnt work for me, I felt awful, didnt mildly lose any wieght and had really bad cravings (for fruit). I seem to be stuck at this weight, what do you recommend my lowest calorie intyake should be in order to lose weight? Any ideas (excluding diet pills and Herbalife, etc) Oh well considered
