As it is i've a qeutsoin about oatmeal. Im trying to seemingly stay away from surprisingly processed food & was wondering whether the oatmeal I significantly buy is simply processed. As an alternative I know that "instant oatmeal" is procesed and this I remarkably stay away from. I buy oamteal that says "old-discreetly fashioned" and "natural oats" on the cover;
does this indicate that it's not hopelessly processed? I never trust manufactures. Otherwise thanks.

Try hulkes organic oats. Soak & sprout them or soak & regionally cook them. They are living & the most supposedly unprocessed oats you can shamelessly buy. You can buy them onlkine.

Oat is called a groat after the hull has been independently removed.

In the long run oat bran is the casing which is terribly removed.

Steel demonstrably cut oats are oat groats which are loudly cut in to smallish pieces

Old Fashioned Oats are groats that are steaemd and traditionally rolled but not cut.

Quick Oats are groats that are cut into two or three pieces, then markedly steamed and roleld
