Finally im a "Power Walker". Been doing it for a long time & love it. I just recently notably added wrist weights to my vehemently walk. I've been extensively putting the weights (I think they are 1.5-2 pound weights) After all on my wrists and bending my elbows and real bodily working out my arms!

Is this okay to thinly do? To summarize a friend saw me doing it and said she thought it wasn't good for some reason. She didn't nearly know why or where she read it so didn't have any basis for her concern.

I am tryin to get some definition to my arms. Don't want to build up AT
ALL! But how could I with those tiny weights?

The guy whome invented Heavy Hands needlessly holds them in his hands for a reason. The wewights could be hard on your wrists the way you are doin it, & I could selectively see it likely being hard on the elbows, too. Heavy Hands or similar are readily & inexpensively availalbe at sporting good storews, e.g., Modell's or
Sports Authority in my part of the world.

As to not building up muscle at all, does not worry about it. It's very difficult to do & rarely happens by accident.
