Changing your lifestyle is not a easy business. You really need to sell yourself on it, and just like in sales, you need to get by all the possible objections, and to accommodate yourself as much as possible, in order to make the life stye you want happen for you.
So, what I am saying is if you are intending to turn into a muscular little green man - within 1 year and in order to do that you have to spend hours and hours at it each day - its doomed to fail. It is. Not only because turning into a green man is not very probable, but also because very few of us have the possibility to spend so much time on one thing, disregarding the rest of our life.
Any change in life style has to be something doable. For example, if I had to go to the gym 5 times a week to work out for an hour each time - it would never happen. Not even once.
I can, on the other hand commit to 15 minutes exercise a day. I think that is better than nothing, and also, probably enough to better my health and fitness.
I am always glad for Ideas on what to do with that time, making it as efficient as possible, and was delighted to find this video on Weight For Deb on plank variations.
If you don’t have a Ball (I don’t) you could substitute it ball with a chair for some of the exercises.

Vanessa!
Awesome Post. Nice work on the plank variations too. You don’t look like you’re too far off from that single leg stability ball crunch. Keep ‘em coming! Thanks so much.
Thanks Coach. I wish that was me in the video, but its not :-). Its Deb and I have linked to her in the post. I have started working according to this video and am sure that I will get there with time.
