Once I've achieved Ketosis and have begun losing weight, 11 solid pounds since 02/18/2010, how long should I wait until my first carb up? I have been on the diet now for a week, however I did not achieve Ketosis until the 4th day, early in the morning. Because I've been working out again and with the weight loss I've already had, I'm wondering if it's safe for me to make today 02/21/2010 my carb up day and then go back to my workouts tomorrow?
