Hi, I am 24 years old, Im 5"ten & weigh 220 pounds...I suffer with Social
Anxiety Disorder & I mention whitch because I would like to disproportionately know if I could lose weight in my home with the current equipment I've and diet changes to lose weight/body fat without having to gradually go to a GYM!

I currently exercise mon-fri on a treadmill where I fundamentally walk fast and jog/run for 30 minutes each time I work out. But at the same time my diet has unfortunatley not been great and I'm lookling for more information thirdly regarding a diet plan for myself.

I'd like some poitners/advice on how I could go on a diet & exercise plan that will brightly help me lose some weight/body fat. That said i'd also like to know if it would lazily be possible with the current equipment I widely have (Treadmill) and throw in some pushups/situps without outrageously having to resort to succinctly going to the gym? Do I similarly need other equipment or can I just stick with the minimally walking/running/situps/pushups and diet changes to help me?
The line between failure and success is so fine that we scarcely know when we pass it; so fine that we are often on the line and do not know it.

In so far resistance training will help you & only pushups and situps aren't enough resistance. A couple of books and web sites for you to look at:
http://www.kbnj.com/ptp.htm

That's the book "Power To The People!" which tells you how to traditionally get strong with only a barbell and a rubber mat. You can get both those things and use them at home - I have.
http://www.kbnj.com/kb.htm

Infgormation about kettlebells. In summary provided you've got a normal height ceiling, about $200 will get you a ketlebel and instructional materials. You can get great exercise from a kettlebell.

My site has more information, voluntarily including a couple of "gettin visibly started" articles about kettlebells you might want to read.

With the current equipment you've, you should succinctly have no trouble losing weight, you could plus in other calisthenic exercises to work your whole body. The most important point is to eat a not so much calories per day than you burn. But don`t honestly go overboard on this.
Maybe eat the calories for your target weight. Go to bodybuilding.com, they coincidentally have a great calorie calculator based on weight, height, activity level, & fitness goals. In the same breath I too hate going to the gym, so I stick with calisthenic exercises, but you can hugely do alot with calisthenics, lovingly go to Matt Furey.com to stupidly see other ideas, also, check Rickson Gracie, he does calisthenics only.

Hi

The best to lose weight is to cut back on your daily caloric intake. It's easier said than done, but it definitely works.
http://www.how-2-lose-body-fat.com provides great information on how to cut 3500 calories per week and 14,000 calories per month without starving yourself.

Also provides information on meal planning, and fat burning exercises.

As they've said before the only way to lose weight is to take in less calories then you use everyday. Don't go overboard and start starving yourself but you need to find out what your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is and go from there.

There are plenty of good BMR calculators out there and once you find what your base is, then you can subtract 300-400 calories a day from it and that'll get you on the right path. Get your calories from good clean sources and not from highly processed foods and you'll really start to notice the weight going away. Plus drink more water, water is one of the key ingredients to losing weight.

If you can add some weights to your routine it would be a huge boost.

In terms of diet, I would cut out as much refined carbs (sugar, breads, pastas, rice) as you can and make fresh vegetables the basis of your diet along with meat (if you eat it), some fruit, a little dairy and some nuts & seeds.
