i am looking for a real life diet...i have tried to do minor adj. to loose weight i just cant find any thing that works for me! i work an office job no real labor involved i go from one extr to another i will go from hardly eating anything all day to snacking constantly. i walk 1.5 miles to work 5 days a week wich i think?... is pretty decent? my problem is once im there i am there im there 10 hrs out of my day my choices of food is pretty limited i have the dollerstore right next to me wich is lame i have a wide selection of candy chips and cookies there is a mccdonalds wich i have done very well to avoid and there is a grocerie store wich has a wide selection of good stuff but is further away and more costly to eat quick my problem is if i bring food to make it isnt very filling
and if i snack i tend to consume way to many calories i guess im looking for for an easy cheap low prep time diet that is filling and tasty any sugg

i have found the best thing to do is to eat 6 small meals per day, that way you are never starving and you dont over eat

I eat 3 main meals, but snack in between (healthy, of course). It works, as long as your workout schedule is maintained.

I keep loads of fruit in the fridge at work. I bring in dried fruit to pick at in the afternoon, instead of eating at lunchtime I go for a walk or even somedays a quick swim at the local gym. Cup of soups that are low calorie are useful for snacks and easy to eat at the desk.
Sandwiches don't have to be boring, I often make a wrap, or fill a pitta bread for variety.
good luck.
