Misty, on the hcg homeopathic drops what's the longest that someone has been on them straight through that you know of. I know that you said you like to break it up to 30 day segments so you don't get bored.

Feetfirst:

The longest I have personally known someone to stay on the homeopathic Hcg drops is 16 months.

Thanks. I'm planning on trying to stay on it till I reach my goal. Besides the boredom of the diet or the temptation to cheat, is there any other reason not to go straight through with HHcg? I've done 77 days so far.

Nope I dont know of any reason why there would be a problem as long as you are using Homeopathic Hcg.

If you begin to experience any negative changes in how you feel such as fatigue, headaches, dizziness or the like you should probably see your doctor just to be on the safe side. I have never heard of this happening, but nothing should ever be overlooked.

TERRIFIC job FEET!!!

Merry Christmas!

So far so good. I use potassium tablets occasionaly if I start noticing any muscle cramps at night. My energy level is good, no fatigue, never any headaches or dizziness. Sometimes I'll put vitamin c in my water.

Since starting Oct 1, 2010 I've lost 43 lbs. and gone from a size 22W to a 16W. My nature is to stay with a project till I'm done. That's another reason I like the homeopathic HCg. But if there is any reason to take a break I certainly would.

Thanks Misty for your response.

Kylee, When I started the drops I was 420 pounds, sad but true. After doing the full cycle with zero cheating I dropped to 343 pounds. Does it work?, the numbers dont Lie..LOL I'm now starting on my Second full Round in hopes of losing even more. The hardest part is not to cheat and go off diet, it wont be easy but if you stick to it and "follow it to the letter" I promise you will be amazed at how well it works. It's given me my life back in my opinion.

Wow that is very motivating! DId you do a month or 40 days for the first round? Also what was your diet like inbetween- I am thinking of 1200-1500 calories but do not want to gain any weight back. I have to be honest this first week has been rough towards the end - I reall feel like an addict some days not being able to get my fix- its really quite sad. I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get weighed I am hoping for good numbers because I need a pick me up! I just ordered a scale so I can weigh myself at home. I would love to know how you are doing.
Also my mom started it through a doctor with injections and she is not alllowed to have some of the items I was told I could have (like tuna and cottage cheese so I want to make sure I am not eating the wrong foods) whats was a normal day like food wise for you> thank you for you help (any before and after photos??)

I saw that you knew of someone personally who was on the drops straight for 16 months. So I could just continue this for 4 months plus with the 500 cal diet?? Should I continue to lose 1-2 pounds a day ? I just wieghed on today 14.6 pounds lost in week one!

Congratulations on your current success!!! YAY!

You can continue on the drops and the VLCD without taking a break. The weight loss tapers off slightly in the second month. For instance:

Month one: 28 pounds released
Month two: 20 pounds released
Month three: 15-18 pounds released
Month four: 15-18 pounds released

You continue to reduce dramatically in inches. For someone that is obese the final 15-20 pounds are the toughest but they do come off eventually.

Kylee,

I can tell you're going to do GREAT!!! It takes a lot of wont power. But after the first week and you see the weight just start to drop off you will get so excited you cant help but want to keep going!

Just remember to keep telling yourself, "Nothing tastes as good as losing weight FEELS!"
