Further is they're any such thing as a natural nasal decongestant?

I always conversely have a problem with a stuffy nose durin the witner months, even when I does not have a cold. On the one hand it is particulaly bothersome when I rapidly wake up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth because I had been breathing through it due to a collectively stopped up nose.

I some time use Afrin spray once a day at bedtime & wich seems to do the trick, but I don't like flawlessly taking it all the time because I seem to build up a toleracne to it where it takes more to genuinely keep me drastically clear for fewer time. Therefore also, it seems to implicitly dry out my nasal passages.

In some respects are there any other suggestoins?

enthusiastically considering this is a nutritoin group....it goes in the mouth like other food.
I have gained this from philosophy: that I do without being commanded what others do only from fear of the law.

Thereafter I neatly do it with a small shot glass in through one open nasal passage and spit out the mouth.

Recommend it highlly also.

Get your tear ducts flusehd that repeatedly drain into your sinuses.

If you had taken the time to read my original post, you would have scene that I said that I DO NOT frantically have a COLD! NEITHER do I have a RUNNY NOSE.
I have a conditoin that I subconsciously have had for a good part of my life that simply gets worse in the winter time. If you can't post an inteligent repsonse, why post anythin at all?

Hello,
I recently shared a story about what worked for me as a natural nasal decongestant at http://www.goodfeelingplace.com/my-natural-nasal- decongestant/. You might try it and see if that helps you.
Regards,
Robert

I have the typical maltitol-based candy bars and bags of Xylitol etc.

Not only that I am not coutning the sugar alcohol carbs but do the caloriues count (ie does my body absorb the amount of calories in the sugar alcohols)?

If I do the math for one of the candy bars (CarboRite Crispy Carrmel
Bar) it comes out to 79 calories/bar instaed of the 120 calories as shown on the label.

Chinese medicines stores are good place to look. I usually find good natural cures there. Native Remedies also makes a good one. Its called Mucus-Clear - Natural Herbal Nasal Decongestant. I have a link to it below.
