Is my allowance for a quarter cup pasta for dry pasta or cooked? it is such a small amount, I am pretty sure its for dry? am I right?

The amounts on a diet is usually after things are cooked. But you can try and calculate it yourself by weighing the quarter cup dry paste and checking the calories on the nutritional data on the package. Calculate and see if it fits the calorie amount your supposed to have.
