If you cheat on the hcg diet phase 2, should you restart the diet or just pick up the next day?

I did really well on phase 1 and 2 of hcg. MY LIW was 113.9. In phase 3 maintenance, on 14th day I weighed 111.9, that day I ate both sugars and starches. The next morning I weighed 115.5, I did a steak day and dropped to 114.2. I'm still within 2 pounds of my LIW but do I need to start phase 3 over again since I had sugar and starches on day 14? Will that one day of cheating ruin my phase 3?
Well the whole stay within 2 pounds thing is about not having dramatic fuctuations so as to ensure resetting of the hypothalmus. I cant know for sure if this is blown or not. These are guidelines to go by and for all you know everything will work out just fine. At any rate, theres nothing you can do about it now. Stay healthy and eat right and exercise and you will keep the weight off.
I'm on HCG p2- I just got a pedicure and spaced out, the chick squished oil all over both of my legs before I even noticed! I was looking at my phone. Am I ****?? My head went hot about two minutes later, and eye twitching. Not kidding. Eff.
Thanks Misty. I hope you're right! It was awful. I've been stalled for 4 days, going crazy. Changing it up, trying everything. The last thing I needed was this oil mishap. It charged me into my very first cheat, 5 grissini sticks, eaten like an electric pencil sharpener. THEN I took an old water pill of my 65 yr. Old Mother in hopes the 5 sticks added to the oil won't, uh, wreck me. 17 days in on P2, I should be 5 lbs lighter than this, sucks.

My favorite 'cheat' food: Pickles.
Actually, jalapeno baby dill pickles: no sugar, nothing technically not on the diet (since cucumbers are allowed)
Of course, there's the 'handful' requirement that I'm failing at, there, since I have in the past finished off a whole jar . . . . ; ) Still, it's shown itself to be fairly safe, as far as falling off the wagon goes.
As an addition that can help when you get hunger pangs: you know that you feel full, faster when you eat protein; but we're limited to 100grams per meal. I found out about these powdered egg whites, and have been using them as a fish replacement. (I refuse to pay tenderloin prices for anything with scales. I'd prefer the tenderloin : )
The Eggs are actually Honeyville Egg Whites - about 200 calories in 1cup of mix (about 100 grams of powder makes about 1cup of egg whites). I use this amount as a protein serving in the regular diet: zero fat, known calories, etc. Two teaspoons of salt and pepper, mixed as a dipper normally, A half tablespoon of ketchup for cheating days, a tablespoon of mustard+powdered lemon koolaid as a truly horrible fake hollendaise (I know I've cause some segment of the reading population to swallow hard against nausea with that) when I can't stand it any more. : )
Yes Joshuak, you called it! I made a face when you described you Hollandaise.... But I must admit I have taken to sprinkling splenda on my salad. I actually like it. But only while on HCG, lets not get crazy.
