I start the protocol tomorrow, sublingual, with my hubby and 22 yr old daughter. I can't seem to find instructions for what times of day we are supposed to take the hcg. If you know, please write.

Have you looked for the answer to your question in any of the HCG threads that are already established?

The Mods of this board don't condone the use of extreme chemicals as weight loss options. If you have been prescribed HCG then your doctor should've given you all of the information concerning the proper use of that substance. I'm not even sure if doctors prescribe hcg. Either way check the other threads.

The main reason this board was established was to provide encouragement and advice to each other in order to achieve weight loss and fitness goals. The use of hcg and many other injectable substances is a way people think they can achieve weight loss without changing eating habits or lifestyles.
