I live in the US. I would like to try cottage cheese as part of my 500 calories. What kind is best, low fat cottage cheese ( more fat) or fat free cottage cheese (it has sugar to make up for the fat) Since I'm not supposed to have fat or sugar, I can't figure out which one is the better choice to use ( or if it's a good idea to use it at all)
