I have reached my goal weight, and have, for most of the time been eating between 1200 - 1400 calories a day. I want to start maintaining now, and am wondering how many calories I should be on to maintain?

Note that this isn't an accurate tool since the level of calories burn through activity etc. is not precisely calculated in.
