I have been giving my all to my diet and exercising but my weight hasn't changed in weeks. I checked my diet and intake, and nothings changed there, so I was wondering if maybe my body was getting used to my workouts? (I do about 45 minutes a day, 6 times a week, both cardio and weights/strength). What do you think I should change/do/check?

I would have to see what type of workout you have been doing. Also Your diet may not have changed but the amount of calories/nutrients that you are consuming could be off and it has finally caught up with you.

Lastly, it could be the types of foods that you are eating. Foods interact with the makeup of our bodies hormonally and it affects our metabolism.
