I have a really embarrassing question -I have already lost about 80 Lbs of pregnancy weight, and have still got some to go. Now, when I exercise, my belly flops around and jumps up and down, and beside feeling mortified and embarrassed, its also extremely uncomfortable. Has any one else had this problem? How did you solve it? (with a girdle?)
