I also had nothing but a positive experience through NHW. I lost over 50 lbs. I agree, you're only supposed to eat 500 calories a day. You eat a little more calories over the weekend if your doing very active and strenuous activities, such as hiking for a few hours, etc. If you're actually following the plan like you're supposed to, it will work.
