Welcome to the board!
There really isn't a formula that I know of.
Coach Scott might know of one...
My advice for you would be to find an exercise you can do that burns tons of calorie in a short amount of time. If you are able to run, that would def. work. I would say, without knowing the particulars of your situation, running at a decent pace for 30 minutes a day, coupled with an adjusted diet plan, will yield some startling results.
You should think about 1500-2000 calories as a maintenance diet. You eat this many calories and you won't see a change.
I would recommend 1000-1200 calories a day paired with the running and you'll start seeing some positive changes.
I would suggest you getting a username on here and joining our happy throng...please keep us posted on your progress...
Remember: We're here for you and wish you the best!
