How do you deal with your diet and socializing? I am going out to dinner tomorrow with a bunch of college friends (all guys) who will no doubt notice that I have lost some 30lbs since I last saw them and I am finding it hard to go and order the relatively diety things on the menu... it kind of screams I'm overweight and on diet. I know it stupid but how do you suggest I deal with it?

My friend you need to stay focused.

You don't need to order 'diety-things' anything chicken or fish is delicious and nutritious. Asking for salad dressing isn't 'diety', it's healthy.

I'm a guy who's lifestyle revolves around healthy habits and I'll be the first to order a grilled chicken salad for dinner with light or no dressing amidst the seas of steak and potato crazies.

Here's the thing- if you're overweight, and from what it seems you're losing weight at an agreable rate why let the opinions of a couple of people stand in the way of your success? Think about it.
