hi im 23 i start using hcg diet i was weighting 200 and now i weight 190 im on the 13 day of my diet but for some reason i havent loss any weight since the 10 day anyone know what could be the reason i been eating only 5 z of chiken atun or meat im frustrating that im not losing weight

There could be many reasons for a stall. If you have stuck to the VLCD 100% without any error... try decreasing your protein intake by .5 oz or so and see if that helps.

Are you mixing vegetables? Sometimes this can cause a stall. Try eating one single veggie at a time.

You can try an apple day. Eat only 5-6 apples throughout the day and just enough water to quench your thirst. You should see a drop on the scale the next day.

I'm not sure of your gender, but for females, you can stall during your monthly cycle or if you are pregnant (which is not uncommon on the HCG diet) you will immediately stop losing weight. If this is a concern, stop the HCG and wait 5 days before taking a pregnancy test or you could read a false positive.

my bad im a guy and i been doing that i been eating only one tomatoe or one cucumber every meal and one apple as snak everything was good the first week i was losing 1 pount for day i even loss 2 in 2days but after that week i havent lose any for some reason im eating 5 pounts of breast chicken or meat once a day but know i had cut it to 4 pounts and havent work i been thinking on upgrading the doses but im not sure

Remember that a tomato counts as a fruit. I would try to change up your veggies. Or to try an apple day. You are eating 5 pounds or 5 ounces? Your protein intake should be your goal weight x .03 (for example if your goal is 150 multiply by .03 to get 4.5 oz of protein twice a day). You can try to increase, but I wouldn't increase by more than .5oz to start.

Another suggestion is to switch your proteins. If you have chicken for lunch, try having ground turkey or white fish for dinner.

Have you strayed from the diet at all? Even something as small as a peanut has been shown to affect some people adversely. You may also take a look at your personal hygiene products. Lotions are not recommended (although many people don't have an issue with them). And even some body wash and conditioners with oils can have an effect on your loss.

Are you drinking a sufficient amount of water every day?

oh yea i didnt know that a tomato count as a fruit thanks now i know an yea i eat one apple every day as snack and yea are 5 ounces and i switching every day for different food and i drink like a one gallon of water every day but thanks i may try it and i let u know
