I am a firm believer of eating healthy and good food, often meaning that the way to that food is by preparing it yourself, from fresh whole and healthy ingredients. Not every life style affords us this and if you are looking for the lesser evil, you might have to end up eating convenient foods (not fast foods or total junk foods…which should be avoided at all costs)
Once Upon a Diet posted a very useful link for those of us who chose to eat convenient food (at the office, for example - no doubt better than not eating and then running out to binge) called Heat Eat Review. its is basically a site reviewing convenient foods including posting all of the nutritional facts (like fat content, calories and so on), saving us the really hard task of weeding out the bad stuff from the good.
