After an accident that paralyzed me almost 15 years ago, I am just returning to regular exercise. I went from 185lbs, 52 inch chest, 29 in. wst, and 6% body fat when the accident occurred to 375lbs one year later. For 14 years I did everything I could, short of bariatric surgery, to lose the weight. 1100 cal/day diet included with two-2 1/2 hour workouts, 5 days per weeks, and I never got below 250. My testosterone level had dropped to 99 (should be 1200). My docs got the test. at the correct level - still no weight-loss. I added the HCG (with MD approval) and have lost 60lbs, increased muscle mass and strength. I will soon be down to 185, bench pressing 365, riding 7-10 miles/day, and eating recommended foods on Simeons protocol. Best of luck to all - make sure you are working with a reputable specialist who stays in contact with your other medical team members.

I would like to add to never start the HCG diet without your physician. Only when he recommends it go for it.
