I have been on the diet 7 days now. I have not had a bowel movement in 5 days now. Can I have a cup of Smooth Move tea? I as taking the drops under the tougue.

I havent had a movement either. I am continuing to loose weight but I want the waste out of my body. I read that drinking more water helps.
