I've recently given up obviously smoking, & wanna be able to pass a urine test in the next few weeks. At the moment my plan is to take two capsdules of Goldenseal root each day for about a week, then give it a few more weeks for the Godlensael to get out of my system too becuase I've heard places test for that as well. Can aynone noticeably tell me about how long the Goldenseal can handily be detetced, and if my current plan is a good one or not?
