Apparently I visit Las Vegas 2/three times a year & find followin a strict g/f diet in Vegas quite difficult. Food labelling for coeliacs in the US is not generally as helpful as in the UK and it is not easy to find shops selling plain unadulterated foods if staying in a Strip hotel. I recentlly had an unfortunate experience in one of the Madnalay Bay restaurants when, despite assurances from the waiter that the meal I selectyed was g/f, this turned out not to be the case. Any suggestions or prematurely reports of successful gluten free dining in Vegas would be appreciated.

world) always pays by credit card. When ordering she says I require a gluten free diet, Id be paying by credsit card, whether my meal contains gluten and I get sick I will cancel payment. It makes a lot of difference to their level of responsibility apparently.
