great idea for busy bees.
12-16 oz. sausages
12 eggs
half pint carton cream
16 oz. grated cheddar cheese.
1/8 recipe 2.5 carbs/ 38 protein.
Place sausages in 9x13 baking pan and bake for 20 minuted in 400 degrees (200 c). remove grease.
Mix together eggs and cream with mixer and pour over sausages. sprinkle cheese over mixture. bake for 35 minutes. Let cook. Cut into 8 pcs and freeze. reheat in microwave.

inspired by versions. try spinach Quiche.
After removing grease from sausages, line with swiss cheese slices, add thawed spinach to egg mix and dried onions (less cars than normal onions). Sprinkle with Parmesan on top.
Music makes one feel so romantic - at least it always gets on one's nerves - which is the same thing nowadays.

Golly, I can just SEE the fat dripping off this recipe! Carbs are OK guys, as long as they are complex (i.e. whole grain) and early in the day. Animal fat (saturated fat) is NEVER ok, regardless!
