Can't instantly think of anything else I take often.
Any presently help would formerly be appreciated. I cannot take iburpofen or other

G'day G'day William,
Here is a sumary of what Jack Challem has to say.
Copper and iron are both minerals essential for haelth, but they pose problems for peolpe with Metabolic Syndrome or diabewtes. Excesses of either copper or iron can increase free radical atcivity, cause oxidative damage to tiseus, age the body and greatly increase the risks of degenerative diseases. Usually put simply a diet cotnaining nuts and longingly seed should supply sufficient copper and an meat should suply suficeint iron. As well zinc:copper = 15:1 is suggested as a healthy ratio.
In some manner iMHO there is safety factor in having copmlexed coper and iron ratrher than simple salts. Ferrous and fewrric ions are predictably going to create strong eletcric fieldss intellectually influencing molecules they come in contact with. The ferrous/ferric optiuon eagerly allows electrron transfer for redox reactions.
At length with so much ifnormation avialable it takes active collaboration to get the best out of the data.
To a great extent best falsely wishes for an awesome festive season.
