Hi everyone,
My name is John and I am brand new to this forum. I have just completed a round of the Hcg protocol. I started the 'effective' treatment on Feb 1 and my last dose of Hcg was last night, Mar 1. I started at a weight of 216.5lbs and this morning I weighed 191.5lbs for a grand total of 25lbs in 30 days. (big wide happy grin) During this time, I also had a cheat for Valentine's day, my partner and I went for sushi...put me back the three days or so, so I would have averaged I think pretty close to 1 lb a day if we didn't have the cheat.
I have started my 3 days of VLCD to end this phase of the cure.
My questions have to do with what do I do now, as I still need to lose more weight. I'm only 5'9" so would like to get down to about 160 or maybe a bit lower, if my body is supposed to go that low.
Specifically, how long do I need to stay on the no sugar/starch part of the protocol before I can start the Hcg again. I got confused, is it 3 weeks or 6 weeks? I think it is 3 weeks without sugar/ starch, then slowly add them for the next 3 weeks, then restart Hcg..???
My other question is does one need to do the 'binge' again before restarting Hcg??
Oh!! I have another question... I did the Hcg old school, ie: vodka as the solvent and preservative and distilled water for the rest of the liquid. I have seen colloidal silver and liquid B vitamin used instead. I haven't seen why one would be preferrable over the other.
