Jill from Sassy Pair wrote a post that I could have written very easily my self. She was all broken up because she slipped of the good and healthy path for a second and downed a bunch of junk that she had around the house.
She was doing what I would have done in that situation - which is a good old self whippin.
But really, there is very little point to that. So you had some less than healthy food, when you were less than hungry. That is all that happened. Its a one of, or a once in a while kind of event, and if you work out dutifully and generally stick to a healthy diet, you should be OK.
The only place self whipping will get you is to the corner store to by some more junk.
