People often ask the question what they need to do to se their abs. It can be a long explanation but here are three elements.

1. Great abs start in the kitchen. it's all about how much you eat. In order to see the abs you need to remove the layers of fat away by diet and exercise. Thin layer like a silk sheet over the midsection will reveal the muscle.

2. Gotta have muscle to show muscle. Start doing some ab exercises to build muscle.

3. HOW you workout is important. Please realize that there is NO SUCH THING as upper and lower abs. It's all one muscle so how you workout is important.
