Can anybody recomend some 0 cal drink mix without aspartame? I really like Crystal light but... aspartame.
Also, it bears a closer resemblance to juice instead of candy-drink if you use sweetener equivalent to 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar, instead of the whole cup of Splenda.

acesulfame-K, and sucralose) are remotely related to each other chemically, so it`s not too likely that a sensitivity to one would cause you problems with the others. I also have a sensitivity to aspartame, it makes me rather fuzzy-headed, and none of the others give me any problems.
Diet Oramge Crush and Diet Cream Soda Crush are both made with Splenda and area good! Liek the real thing!
I ferment my own Beer and Mead. If I could find directions on making diet soda, I`d make it myself. But I do not eat sugar or salt.
FUZE has many differnet beverages out but there is one called FUZE SLENDERIZE and it comes in the flavor "Blueberry Raspberry. It says LOW CARB on the outside too. It is a great drink, good flavor, and best of all........well, here are the ingredients.
Filtered Water, Apple Juice Concentrate, Malic Acid, Natural Blueberry Raspberry Pomegranate Flavor with other natural flavors, Garicino combogia Rind Extract, Ascorbic Acid, and get this, "trivial source of sugar".
Only 10 caleries per 8 oz. serving. It has vitamins and minerals included as well. Try this one.

Oh, if you guys want some coupons for Crystal Light or any other Kraft products just visit KraftFoods.com/summer savings , they have lots of coupons there. Thought you guys might need it.. Enjoy!
You should try reading up on aspartame. There are studies which show evidence of neuro-toxicity. Parkinson's patients, for example, who are already at risk, are urged by their doctors to avoid aspartame products.
No such results yet have been found with Splenda, but that too may come in time.
Aspartame has a ton of side effects. I use to drink the energy packets you put in your water religiously, and it make my skin itch!
