It’s Aug. 25th and I weighed in at 140.2 pounds. I am pleased! With the week being very stressful I am surprised that I lost 10 pounds already. I need to add a mile of walking about 4 days a week. I will probably start that when I reach 135 pounds. I will need a boost about then. Hopefully I’ll be at 135 next Tues. Sept. 1st! Wow, Sept. already! Keep me in your prayers to make 120 by Oct. 10!
