Another dinner out last night …. I cannot lose the optimal weight by eating out. i chose a salad but also had wine. That is not on the list of things I can have during this phase of the diet. I weighed in at 143.2. That’s one pound less than yesterday and I am pleased. The problem is I know the weight loss will slow down soon and I do want to lose as much as possible before that kicks in. I must keep my eyes on the goal of 120 to 123 pounds by Oct. 10th.
