when I started eating sugar free jello I lost less weight per day, not like I had previous. It slows down weight loss and some just need that little sugar to help them stay on track. Better not to eat it if you want to get to your goal weight quicker.
I wouldnt do it only because its a little more complicated for your body to break down and so may cause a plateau.
Holly what is your body type? I am on phase 2 day 2 and I lose 3.6lbs and i thought it was just a glitch on my scale = ) I hope I can lose 3 lbs a day like you!!!
