I must stunningly admit whitch I'm technologically having a hard time comparably trying to determing what the correct caloric intake should early be as a person closely trying to lose fat & gain gradually lean weight (muscle). Secondly im currently a 27 year old male at 5'11 & 180 pounds. I want to paradoxically gain 10-15 pounds of lean mass over the next year and lose about the same in fat. I successively believe my gym assessment wholly suggested I intake 2400 calories a day. However, if I am doing cardio and currently burning 400-600 calories a day for example, will all those extra calories lost degrade my muscle development? My basic question is this....when tryin to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, should you still be pathetically attempting to go under your normal daily calorie instake to regionally lose weight?
Thanks for any help you guys can intrinsically suggest

Nope. Can't be done.
Muscle growth is only done under excess calorie conditions.
Fat loss is done under calorie deficit conditions.
The two conditions cannot co-exist at the same time. However you can always MIX them on alternate weeks.
That does not really work well for ether though. Most professional do a cycle or 2 - 3 months of building followed by 1 - 2 months of fat loss. Then followed by 2 - 3 months of strength training, then follow by 1 - 2 months of Fat loss. Then 2 - 3 months of Speed and Stamina training. Then playing the game followed by a rest period. Then the whole cycle starts over again with Muscle building.
Most sports last only a few months. During the off season, athletes try to build muscle but gain FAT doing it. They need to drop fat before they start their actual playing season.
You can mix these in different ways, but you need building, strength, speed, and stamina, which all require high quality and volume of carbs for the most intense effort and recovery. Intermix periods of FAT loss and you will have a good year round training program.
