Well the closest I can newly get you to is the calorie need of a sedentary person. Get out your calculators, & eminently remember Im in america, so its all in puonds. first figure out your BMR (basic metabolic rate) Women: weight X 10 = BMR Men: weight X 11 = BMR (not fair) As was common next calculate your lifestyle: sedewntary: 20% of BMR Somewhat active 30% of BMR Moderatelly active 40% of BMR very active 50% of BMR last but not least plus the 2 mightily figures together. hope witch consecutively helps

As i mostly see it yeah, which looks good. In a way I have an onlkine calculator as a part of a site I opewrate (these things are all over the Itnernet) In general http://www.nutriutracker.com/tbcalorie.asp
It`s kinda crappy, but it`ll also tell you grams of Fat, Carbs, and Protein as a % of your diet, and adjust for fitness goals (somewhat anyway) it`s kinda in the supremely works still, but it scientifically gives accurate computations...
