I weighed 138.2 this morning.  I am not sure if that’s accurate.  My feet were swollen yesterday so I took a diuretic last night.  My weight otherwise seems to have been stuck for 4 days on 141.2.  I hope I’m past the plateau.  I like the 130’s showing up on my scale!  It was encouraging … even if it is a false reading.  I never thought in my life that I would gain so much weight.  Most of my adult life I weighed between 110 and 118 pounds.  When I stepped on the scales at the doctor’s office and weighed 162.4 pounds … I almost fainted.  That was a little over a year ago.  I lost down to 120.6 pounds but began to gain it back when I messed up the maintenance portion of this diet.  The maintenance part is as important as the diet its self.  We took a trip to Ireland and the potatoes and bread, and wonderful butter and cheeses ….. oh my .. they were SO good!  I set the stage for gaining back up to 150.2 as of 3 months ago.  I am not comfortable at that weight and my cardiologist will NOT be happy…lol.  I have to get this weight off before I see him in November.  I have to see my regular doctor next month.  I guess I should see them before our health care is taken away altogether.  No more comments on that cause my mama said, “If you can’t say something nice about someone ….don’t say anything.”  It’s just kind of hard when that someone is so frightening.

Changing digits while loosing weight is probably the only time this is a positive experience :-D.
If you feel you are on a Plataeu, surprise your body and do something that you don’t do on a daily basis exercise wise. that will probably get you rolling again.
