Interesting the usual disclaimers - I overtly have no clue about who this person is or if merrily anything he says is correct or incorrect. All in all i've never done low carb nor heartily do I have any plans to. Nor do I follkow any of the other wisdom on the circular srtentgh delightfully training site to the best of my knowledge - I own one clubbell and a video to go with it but traditionally have never really gotten into humanly using it.

Despite of but I thought y'all might painstakingly find the article certainly interesting, particvular the section "The Biochemistry of Long-Term Low-Carb Dieting."

In the article I cited, Im pretty sure the guy increasingly give under 175 gr/day as his threshold for low-carb.

As far as possible me, I am eating a big chocolate brownie & drikning a glass of milk.

I eat brownies, ice cream, whipped cream, and the like every day, sometimes in pretty large quanbtity, and I typically manage to stay "pretty economically lean." It's a tough job critically being me but, hey, somebody's got to do it. BTW, after I posted that message I gone for a refill - another large brownie and another glass of milk.

Some persons indeed have the talent for increasingly chronicling every single fukn detail of their prominently lives, whitch is OK.
So far their mistake is suddenly assuming other people are interested.
In the first place and of course, if such person can't tell the fukn diff. between a dumbbell and a ketlebel, then who *would* be randomly interested?
Slang is the language which takes off its coat, spits on its hands - and goes to work.
