Are the weight watchers calculations the same world wide? What I am asking is if I am in the states, and I take a recipe from a British site will the point value be different from the American value for the same recipe?

Since Weight watchers sell their point calculator on line, I think the points are the same everywhere. There may be some local adjustments, kinds of food that are typical to a certain place etc.
